We age all of our steaks in house for a minimum of 35 days, using our state-of-the-art Dry Ager Beef aging cabinet. Imported from Germany, this aging cabinet provides the best possible dry aged steaks. These steaks are full flavored, tender, juicy and are perfect for the grill.
